DESCRIPTION:Reclaiming the Body: Queer Spirituality & Embodied Wellbeing \nMany people across the LGBTQIA+ community have experienced the body as a site of regulation\, shame\, or disconnection. This workshop offers a space to question those inherited narratives and reconnect with the body on our own terms. \nTogether\, we’ll explore how spirituality and wellbeing can support presence\, sovereignty\, and belonging — not as tools for self-improvement\, but as personal and collective practices that help us feel safer\, more connected\, and more present in our bodies. \nThe gathering will combine a short talk with a gentle\, guided embodied practice designed to support grounding\, integration\, and a deeper sense of being at home in yourself. \n  \nAttendance is limited to 25 people\, please register with your Name and Phone Number by emailing Wellness Nomadz at wellnessnomadz@transcendya.com
