Sweat with PRIDE

We will be opening the doors and flooding it with pride, so join one of 2 group classes (Dance and HIIT) or do your own workout in our facility. We will have some scrumptious trainers and drag queens roaming the floor to help you lift, pump and keep you motivated.
So Dress up or down in your favorite leotard, sweat bands, and ankle warmers and join us for an hour of getting hot and sweaty.
Sport Prizes to be won.

The Challenge!
21 minutes a day.
That’s the minimum amount of activity we need for happiness and healthy bodies and minds. It sounds easy, but currently 50% of Kiwis aren’t meeting this goal.
We get it – between sitting behind a desk all day, getting stuck in traffic for hours and binge-watching the latest season of Drag Race – it’s hard to find the time!
Sweat with pride can help. We’re challenging Kiwis to sweat for at least 21 minutes a day this June to get active and raise money to support our Rainbow communities. It’s an amazing way to improve your own health and wellbeing while raising money for an awesome cause – and of course, it’s lots of fun!
Walk, run, wheel, dance – how you sweat is up to you! So whether you’re 18 or 80, queer or an ally, can’t be stopped or want to get started… we need your sweat!
